About Animal Matters

Hello, and thank you for checking in!

If you’re here for the first time, welcome! This blog is directly tied to my program, Animal Matters,  on KZFR in Chico. You can hear it every Tuesday at 5:3o pm in Chico at 90.1 FM or online at http://www.kzfr.org.

Each program is recorded and uploaded to this here blog, so that you can also listen to it online at any time, or add it to your iTunes or your favorite mp3 player.

Every week I discuss how human behavior impacts animals, including choices we make about our food, the products we buy, and our financial investments. The format of the show will include commentary from your host, Sarah Downs (that’s me!), as well as information on how you can help. You can follow along every week by coming to this blog, which includes all the information presented on that week’s topic.

I appreciate feedback, so please feel free to email me at kzfranimalmatters at gmail dot com.

Thank you for tuning in!
