5/18/10: The HSUS Wins Water Pollution Case Against Hudson Valley Foie Gras

On today’s Animal Matters, I’ll be having a conversation with Peter Petersan, Deputy Director of Animal Protection Litigation with The Humane Society of the United States. Recently, The HSUS filed a lawsuit against Hudson Valley Foie Gras for violating the Clean Water Act. HSUS won that lawsuit.
