SB 1277: CA Animal Abuser Registry

On  today’s AM, a conversation with Stephen Wells,  Executive Director of the Animal Legal Defense Fund.  We’ll be discussing the upcoming animal abuser registry legislation, SB 1277, which would require criminals convicted of felony animal abuse to register with the database. We’ll discuss the impacts this may have, good and bad, and what you can do to help this legislation pass.
